Measure yourself!
The key to measuring your soft skills is to get a complete picture of yourself, not just isolated scores in a few areas.  When you do, you will have a new understanding of the relationship you have with your job. 



Like it or not, your job wants certain things from you.  Your skills dictate how you handle those demands.  Understanding your skills is critical to to improving the relationship with your job.
 

Measure your job!
You need to know what you have, and what your job wants.  Once you understand the difference between the two you can begin to work toward either meeting or adjusting your job's needs.. without waiting around for a manager or supervisor to tell you what to do!

Measure your team!
Skills are a very personal thing.  When teams get their skills measured, learn how to use the information, and then decide individually on how much to share, the results can be amazing.  Things like "engagement" and "dedication" happen automatically, alongside enjoyment, when people know what they need and are trusted to work on it.
